Privacy
policy.
What we collect, why we collect it, and how you exercise your rights. Plain where it can be; precise where it must be.
Who this policy applies to
This policy covers the fluio3d.com website, the FLUIO. Organizer app for Windows and the services behind them. It applies to anyone who creates an account, subscribes or uses the app.
The data controller is the operator of FLUIO. Privacy contact: [email protected].
What we collect
E-mail, password (stored only as a hash by the authentication provider) and, if you enable it, a second factor. This is what identifies your license.
Plan, status and history. Card data is handled exclusively by the payment processor and never reaches our servers.
Computer name, creation date and last use of each app session. Limits machines per license and lets you audit access in your panel.
Technical events for asset download and installation: start, completion, failure, job identifier and app version. They enforce quota and help diagnose errors.
An attribution cookie (landing page, referrer and campaign parameters, 90 days), session and request-forgery-protection cookies, and the measurement cookies of Meta (Pixel) and Google (Analytics and Ads): pages viewed, scrolling, time on page, plan clicks, app downloads and the originating ad.
Sign-up, sign-in, checkout start, purchase, and app installation, launch and usage are sent to Meta and Google to measure campaigns and build audiences. E-mail, phone and name are sent only as SHA-256 hashes, together with an internal account identifier; never the content of your projects.
What the app does not send
File names, folder paths and the contents of your projects never go to the cloud. Organizer works with your local library, and communication with 3ds Max happens only inside your computer.
What goes up is the minimum needed to run the service: who you are, which plan you have, which machines you use and which catalog assets you downloaded.
Why we use the data
- Provide the service: authenticate, authorize downloads and enforce plan quota.
- Bill the subscription and issue receipts.
- Security: detect license misuse and protect the account.
- Support and bug fixing from technical events.
- Measure where visits come from (campaign attribution).
We do not sell personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.
How long we keep it
- Account and subscription: while the account exists and for as long as tax obligations require.
- Sessions and technical events: up to 12 months.
- Attribution cookie: 90 days.
When you delete the account, personal data is removed or anonymised, except what the law requires us to keep.
Your rights
Under Brazil's LGPD — and the GDPR where applicable — you may confirm processing, access, correct, port or delete your data and withdraw consent.
Much of this is available in your account panel. For the rest, write to [email protected]. We answer within 15 days.
Security
Encrypted traffic (HTTPS), optional two-factor authentication, downloads authorized by short-lived tickets, and storage credentials that never reach the browser or the app.
Changes to this policy
Relevant changes are announced on the website and, when they affect your account, by e-mail. The date at the top marks the current version.
